Диалог по мусульмански

aka_humanВсе мы слышали не раз, что не надо смешивать религию и террористов, прикрываюшихся религией. Звучит резонно, не правда ли? Разумно предположить также, что исламская организация, находящаяся в Америке и борющаяся за гражданские права, понимает в чём эти права заключаются.
Итак возьмём такую организацию как Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), головной офис которой находится в Вашингтоне, а отделения повсюду. Это весьма влиятельная организация на вебсайте которой написано:
OUR MISSION - To enhance understanding of Islam, encourage dialogue, protect civil liberties, empower American Muslims, and build coalitions that promote justice and mutual understanding.
Kрасиво, не правда ли? Особенно про диалог, гражданские права и взаимопонимание.
На этом же вебсайте комментируется ситуация (это официальная позиция CAIR), когда несколько студентов мусульман, в уважаемом университете UC Irvine, практически сорвали выступления израильского посла. Но для организации, "выступающей за диалог", это совершенно нормально и естественно:
“The students voiced political views to shame the representative of a foreign government accused of war crimes by the United Nations and human rights organizations,” said CAIR Executive Director Hussam Ayloush. “Delivering this message in a loud and shocking yet peaceful manner was meant to express the gravity of charges leveled against Israeli policies. It falls under the purview of protected speech.”He went on to say that “legitimate criticism of Israeli policies is not anti-Semitism.”CAIR has also been critical of the punishment levied against the Muslim Student Union at UCI, calling it “selective” and saying that their disruption of Oren’s speech should have been “constitutionally protected.”

“I’ve spent most of my life living in and studying the Middle East and one of the great and eternal cultural facets of the Middle East is hospitality...even if you do not agree with them, even if they’re ostensibly your enemy,” Oren remarked, before continuing his speech. “I’m your guest here and I’m asking for the Middle Eastern hospitality for your guest, I’ve come into your house.”
Так что права - только им, а диалог ведётся на условии - ты с нами или пожалеешь.
