То что Байден лгун я знал и раньше, но у него худший вид вранья, он прикрывается людьми, которые не могут ему в открытую ответить. Особенно гадостно прозвучало как военные сами умоляли сократить бюджет (по Байдену). На самом деле всё с точностью до наоборот. В подтверждение статья вполне либеральной CNN:
