NYC mayor calls for wealth tax as some of richest residents leave the city

 NY Mayor Bill De Blasio on taxing the wealthy:
"Tax the wealth at a much higher level. I just think this is a lot of cocktail party comfort going on rather than people honestly dealing with this issue. Help me tax the wealthy. Help me redistribute the wealth."
